Personal Introduction
Jie Cai, doctor of engineering, associate researcher, master supervisor, and Party branch secretary of Institute of Advanced Manufacturing and Modern Equipment Technology; received PhD degree in 2005, an outstanding PhD graduate of Jiangsu University, and reward-gainers of the excellent PhD dissertation. She is mainly engaged in the research of surface modification technology by high energy beams, and design and preparation of thermal barrier coatings. Up to now, she has undertaken more than 8 national and provincial research projects, published more than 20 SCI/EI papers and gained 3 authorized invention patents. she was awarded the “Excellent-Young-Backbone Teacher (2017)” and “Excellent Teacher (2018)” of Jiangsu University.
